Printer Accounting

Hi ,

I want to write a program that manages printing activities, which will restrict some people from printing some documents and allow people to print only if they have credits....on a Windows environment.

So I want to know if Windows OS have some way of knowing if an application is printing something and what is that way...perhaps in the Win32 API...
