What does it mean by "threading" in programming? Is it appliable to Pascal?

    "Thread" in programming may mean a single process. Some programming languages (Modula, Java) allow to execute at the same time many processes. It is called multithreading. For example, one thread (process) may do arithmetics calculations and the second -- display graphics (depending on first thread's calculations). Both processes run parallelly.

    Pascal has no thread feature implemented. It means you may not execute two functions (procedures) at the same time.
