DPMI Raw Mode Switch
hey, i'm having trouble performing a raw mode switch with DPMI. i know
that int 31h/function 306h returns an address to JMP to for the switch.
however, you have to set up registers beforehand, which i have no clue
how to do. thus, the program crashed when i jump to that address. any
help, especially source code, would be greatly appreciated.
