Hi there,i would like to ask something related to windows of any version be it XP or ME or 95.Its a windows problem i think.I try dragging a window up n down or moving a small window around and as i observe the CPU usage,it will jump up very high taking much of the CPU resources until 100%.I observe this from the windows Task Manager where i can monitor my CPU usage history.Sometimes by doing this i can see my windows duplicate in the background making the whole background blurred out with the duplicated windows. Is this a lack of memory problem or is this problem related to windows?pls answer or try out

This happens due to a combination of problems.
1. Video card too slow/high resolution/too many colors for the video card to behave 'properly'. Or wrong/none video drivers installed.
2. CPU is slow (should be 750 MHz atleast, for a decent look and feel)
3. RAM is not enough - should be 128 MB min, 256 MB highly recommended
