Is it true that ms access is not supporting ado lock controls?

i got the same prob too

i created this app that connects to a db that is on another machine but the problem is that when the first machine connects to the db everything is fine
but when another machine tries to connect it say db already open exclusively by another user

how can i allow multiple connection to the database
