Looking for small-time jobs

I love programming and have ~2yrs experience in programming in Delphi under Windows. I also do some PHP & MySQL.
No commercial software made so far.

I'm looking to be a part of a group of programmers, making small assignments. I don't do graphics, only system-level.

I'm expecting to get paid 100-200 per month or per assignment

I'm just getting started and have difficulties to find a job in my country (beacuse it's so small).
