HTTP status 401: Unauthorized Error

Hi All,
I created a WebService that returns a Dataset. It all
works fine when the Webservice is deployed in my machine's
IIS. But when I deploy it in a different machine and try
to consume it I get a error message
"System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP
status 401: Unauthorized".
Could some one help me to solve this.
