Cancel someone else his printerjobs at the office

At my work we can access a window where the printer jobs are displayed.
We can see the printer jobs in order of processing and also the username of the users that sent a printer job.
I'm sure you know what im talking about.
The problem is that I can only cancel or pause my own printer jobs and NOT the printer job of another user.
So I like to know a way to also cancel or pause the printer jobs of other users.

Maybe there is a way to let the computer think that the person i want to cancel the printerjob from, is the one that is logged onto my computer.
If the computer thinks that Paul is logged on at my computer, than i must be able to cancel Paul his printer jobs.
But I dont want to really log in as Paul, becouse i dont want to steal his password.

Anyone who can help me, please let me know!

Please note that I only use this info just for making some fun at the office. I not want to do anything bad with it and I dont want to get fired.

Although this is not a real evil task, I'll try to find a solution for you. But please, understand that the printer spool is something windows hasn't worked out just right, there are quite some flaws in it, which can cause the computer to crash.
