tcp-ip comunication in xml between vb6 and vb.net need help

Hi..

I got the mission to create a server (with .net) that will ask an application written in vb6 some questions and will receive answers in xml.

The thing is that im not to familiar about tcp-ip and streams and especially not when communication is between vb6 and vb.net.

So if anybody have some kodsamples or some links that could help me get some answers, please write to me.
