Select Text In Rich Text Box...

Can anyone tell me how I can select text in a Rich Text Box by the Row Number of the text I want. I want to go to a specific row and select the text there.

Example:

Now is the time
For all good men
to come to the aid
Of his country.

Give row# 3, I would like to hilight "to come to the aid" in the Rich Text Box.
