what is the equivalent for MSFlexGrid in vb.net

i want to use flexgrid in my vb.net application but i cant find this control in vb.net what is the equivalent for it in vb.net
There is control called db grid in vb.net as in vb6 where it can be connected to db to display but i dont want to display any database details
i want to change the text of any particular row and column of my grid at run time how to do this
