to make a shortcut

i have now a group prject where i need to have these two project integrate, that is these two project i have make an executable file, and i need these two program to be available when i Deploy and Package them, how do i do that (i mean to be available after i install the program)? i've try but only the main (that is the one which set to be the start up project) is available, why?
