Manipulating Excel

In my C++ verswion 6 application

I can open Excel, with a new workbook,

and can also attach to excel if already open.

But how the hell do I open a specific workbook

up knowing it's path etc. everytime I run the

application. I don't want to use the file/open.. menu

type commands.

I'd like to have the source code of this, because that one of my problems is getting even so far! TIA.
