Anybody can explain step by step how come the word 'assembly' is the product of the following procedure:

Q DB 'be my lass'

MOV AX, WORD PTR Q+4
XCHG AX, WORD PTR Q+8
XCHG AX, WORD PTR Q+2
XCHG AL, Q
XCHG AL, Q+6
XCHG AL, Q+7
XCHG AL, Q+1
MOV WORD PTR Q+4, AX
