Problems with SVGA-VESA1.2-banking
I've come across a Cirrus Logic GD-5422 with VESA 1.2
compatability. I've noticed that the page-banking
mechanism is failing, standard with function 5 of the VESA-BIOS-functions,
and with the direct-call mechanism as well. I only get window 0.
