How do I tell the program to change screen resolution....

I ran into this problem, i had a form the size of the screen which existed always on top, the never thought of the resolution, when my friend changed the res, i tried to work on my app somemore and noticed this when ran. I need to make the application change the resolution for the user and then back again when canceling. Or at least just show me how to change res, i will figure rest.
