treenode swaping and indication of process through progress bar

hi!
i wanted to know as to how do we go about with the treenode(dispayed from database) swaping and displaying the process of node swaping(drag and drop in another treeview --i am using infragistics ultratreeview...may be u can tell it in case of VB-treeview if u r not aware with infragistics tools)using progress bar.
hope to get a solution soon.
