Visual Studio .NET license

I need to clearify a licensing issue:

If we purchase VS.NET Enterprise Developer, then do we need to have additional licenses for deploying the developed applications on our client machines ??
As in order for the application developed in VB.NET we need to have a dot Net Framework on client PCs..so in order to instal the framework..do we need to have license for each of those PCs...

No. The client machines need the .Net framework installed. This is a free redistributable. The app you build is yours and covered by the license you got when you purchased VS.Net.
