    http://www.gnu.org/software/fortran/fortran.html

    Or

It's amazing what putting "fortran compiler" into a search engine will turn up

  • It depends on what platform you are working.

The GNU compiler g77 is very good. If you are using DOS or Windows checkout http:www.DJGPP.org

If you are using linux then check-out the www.gnu.org. By the way, if want to use fortran 90, which I really recommend, there is a version available: VAST/F90 by Pacific-Sierra Research. I don't remember the site. You still need g77 though.
