I am having another problem in my program. There are maps in my program but when the program is run on a laptop, the bottom part of the map gets cut off! How do I add code (if any) to the scroll bar so that you can scroll down and see the other parts of the map???

Does your programme have any code that sizes the form to the users desktop resolution?
What size is the dektop on the laptop and what is your form size?
If its a picture object what you could do is set the autosize property to true then add code to the formload procedure to make the form the size of the picture. eg:
Private Sub Form_Load()
Form1.Height = Picture1.Height
Form1.Width = Picture1.Width
End Sub
Hope it helps or gives you some idea...

If you want to give me your email address, I'll send you a sample project that shows how to use a picbox as a scrollable viewport. Basically, when you load the picture, the various properties (scrollbars' max, largechange and smallchange; etc.) are modified to scroll if it needs to in order to show the whole pic. Simple, but easier to send a form than explain here.
