An idea for business

Me and my friend need someone determined and creative to join our team, someone who knows programming in various languages and also knows technologies, and most importantly working with IP addresses and URLs.

I myself program in C, C++, Java, HTML, and my friend is like a master in designing web page graphics and animation (image is everything).

Preferably someone who dwells in chicago or near chicago.

The business idea is:

designing fill-in forms on the web which people use

to apply for employment, schools, loans,

taking admision tests to universities etc.
