newbie needs help with .cpp and .h files

I am using visual c++ 6.0 ...

I have been given a workspace consisting of the following files:
driver.cpp (which includes the main() )
class1.h (which provides the definition of a class and also the implementation of all its member functions)
class2.h (likewise this includes implementation of the member functions)

The program compiles and runs without any problem.

However, I need to modify the program and add some member functions.

When I try to add member functions, I get the following error:

The implementation file for class class2 cannot be found.

Question:
1. Is there a way that I can instruct VC++ to look for implementation in the .h files instead of the .cpp files?

Many thanks!!
