In the write message form at the bottom where it displays the little blurb about "Messages will be deleted" and "style codes" the section on rules is displayed as follows
Posting Rules
• Rule 1
• Rule 2

I'd suggest either putting in real rules or removing the "rule 1" and "rule 2"

As a web developer I know how easy it is to miss little things like that.
