I try to write a WAV Player for DOS.
Actuelly it plays 8 - Bit Mono files very good.
But if I put in a stereo file, it will be played very slow.
I have tried to multipile the the sample rate by two,
but it doesn't changed anything!
The second problem I have is, that I don't know how to play
16 - Bit files. I have a Sound Blaster Pro (terratec 512i)
and all source codes and documents for 16-Bit sound, that I have
found are for the SB16... and my computer hangs up, if I try to
use SB16 commands...
But I know, that my Sound card is still able to do it, because
other Programs (at least windows aplications) can do it!
I would be very pleased, for any idea or any kind of help.
Thank you for all!
(Sorry for bad English ;-)
