okay, so after days of searching... ive found myself where i started. is there any way to administrate a MySQL database through visual basic without buying some third part active x control?? the mysql server is on my computer and the databases are in MyISAM format. can i just tell one of the data components where to look and you SQL to make changes?? thanks
