MSDOS on hardisk

Hi all,
How can i install a MSDOS 6.22 on a hardisk? Where can i find this old version?
Need a pure DOS environment for my embedded system. So where can i get one?

    Unless you have a previous version of MSDOS on the hard drive already, you'll need the OEM installation diskettes. Don't know if anyone's still selling it. Contact Microshaft^H^H^H^Hoft.

    Use a Win98 startup disk, start w/o CD-ROM support, & run sys C: on the comp you want DOS in. any thing else you need can be coppied out of the C:windowscommand folder on any Win9x machine.

    Except that Win98's DOS (sometimes called DOS 7.0) isn't real DOS. It's Window's emulation of DOS. Most of the time it doesn't matter, but some DOS software won't run or runs improperly in WindowsDOS.
