Linux Installation HDD is more than 8GB

Can anybody thier who can help or advice me on what to do so that my installation will be finish.My current Hard Disk is 10 GB and I would like to use it solely for linux.How could I divide the 10 GB so that it can be installed.I dont like partioning my HDD.

    That isn't a problem anymore. However you do need to partition it into swap and "/". The rest of the partitioning is solely left to you. If you are new to linux I suggest you go with 1 partition for everything - i.e "/" and twice the amount of your ram for swap space.
