Fast draw with DirectX

Hi.

Can someone tell me how to trace a line with directX. I can't find a function so I done mine but it is slower as hell when i draw many line. I used in my function the Blt function and I fill all point where the line pass but it is slow.

Please help me.

    Hey,
    I don't think DirectX has any way of drawing anything for you. I think it only gives you a surface to draw to, rest of the stuff you gotta write on your own.

    I don't know about D3D (I am just talking about DirectDraw)

    Thank's but I've find how to acces directly to the memory allocated for the suface. So I can draw easyly and very quickly.
