VESA want's $200 for the VESA/AF standard! What the hell!?

Anyone have the VBE/AF standard, by any chance?

    Well, I don't have it (I think I have the VESA2.0 spec though), but you may be able use Scitech's MGL as a reference. I haven't downloaded it, but I think it comes with full source code, and supports VESA/AF. It isn't as good as a doc, but it may help as a reference (I learned VESA1.2 from the UNIVBE code).
