    Graphics commands are very much platform-dependant; i.e. what you would use for DOS varies from Windows, which varies from Macs, which varies from Linux. There are also a number of graphics APIs available, so learning graphics programming is not a simple thing. Since you say you are just learning C++, I'd say it is too early to start into graphics. Learn C++ well first, and then come to Sweet.Oblivion to get some information on graphics programming.
