Retrieve user info given userid and domain

In explorer if you right click on a file, select properties, select the security tab, and then select the ownership button a small dialog will appear with the file path, the owner's userid and there name. I know how to get the Userid and even the Domain name, but I can't figure out how to get the user name associated with the userid. I am using the LookupAccountSid(...) api call to get the domain and userid. I can't seem to find the api or method or location where the rest of the user's info is stored.

Anyone have any ideas?
