How to change some Win98 settings
I just have a few minor things i want to change in Win98. Nothing critical.
I want to be able to rename the "Removable Disk" drive in windows explorer, to "Zip Drive" or something. and maybe have it say "CD-ROM" for the cd. Same for any drive. I'm not talking about the drive label, but what Explorer calles that particular drive. Can i add something to the registry somewhere? Something like "DriveLabel, Drive E=Zip".
You could do that directly from explorer in WinME, but i just put Win98 back on. 98 seems to have much better performance in most things.
And, can i hide "Active Desktop" under the settings folder in the start menu?
