I am trying to crash a COM EXE and the crashing code is a divide by zero/ NULL pointer assignment.
The call to the COM EXE's function returns an error code instead of crashing.
The interpretation of the error code in MSDN is "Server threw an exception". Is there a way by which a COM EXE could be crashed ?
Has anybody worked on DCOM and COM EXEs and can u help us crash a COM EXE ? I mean to say that does DCOM handle a crash by itself.. Any ideas on that..please post..
