Please explain me how to remove elements from a JavaScript array.

    You can use the splice() method to add or remove items to/from an array. The splice() method also returns the removed item. If your array is fruits = ["Banana", "Orange", "Apple", "Mango"]; then to remove the first element
    of this array do this fruits.splice(0,1); Your array will look like this after you execute the splice() method
    fruits = ["Orange", "Apple", "Mango"];
