Probability of something appearing[need help]

Hi, im programming a fruit machine as part of an IT course. So far i have gone through making it pretty easily, but have got to, i cant work out how to change how probable it is of a fruits appearing, like cherries more likely to appear than bells. I also need help with having the ability to hold. below is the code of my program(prepare for scrolling).
