Excellent Book for Software Developers

I just finished an excellent book by John R. Fox called, Digital Work in an Analog World: Improving Software Engineering Through Applied Psychology. What sets this book apart from the rest is its non-technical approach to the management and methods of software development. I highly recommend it to anyone working as a developer.
