Need tricky macro for excel

I have a thrid-party software that I can query and then save in excel format. Unfortunately the data is formatted into only one column and looks something like this:

John Doe
118 Celery Drive
Clayton, AL 35768-
Jane Williams
23 Westwood Cir
Morris, IL 76478-

I need to macro this data into the following 4 columns (excel would be fine)


I dont need to keep any of the other info like name.

There is a second option: I have attached a second format that the thrid-party can send to excel. Again, I only need a macro that can give me the following 4 columns listed above. The attached file has much more data than what is needed. In my mind this will take two to arrainge the data and then one to pick the data and organzie it into the correct 4 columns
