Problem with running Kylix program out of IDE - Programmers Heaven

Problem with running Kylix program out of IDE

Good day!
I have on Delphi Kylix project which with success are running in Kylix Deplhi IDE. But if I trying to run my project outside of Kylix IDE I getting this error:
I have problems with connecting to the database (through dbExpress to PostgreSQL 8.3), after switching SQLConnection.Connected to true, I get exception "Floating Point Overflow". I dont need to say that in IDE, had not been problems like that.
I used JCL for trying to explore those excpetions, log files
