& character needed in URL link from XML file

Hi,

New to this forum but I was hoping somebody could help me...

I have an XML file controlling links from a flash file.

I need the XML file to return a URL containing the & character without encoding it to &

The XML reads as follows...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>

The URL in the tags is being returned as...
http://www.Domain.co.uk/default.aspx?page=83&HasProvider=Y&ProviderType=Node&ProviderID=825

Because the & characters are being replaced with & the URL is incorrect!

Is there any way of making the XML file to return the link without replacing the & characters?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :o)

Thanks,
Bruce!
