Delphi application remains in task manager after closing it
I have a problem in my application closing which i have developed in Delphi 6.0
Application is working fine. But when I close the application, it will remain 'running' for 4-5 seconds and then close completely; even though it executes form.destroy method successfuly. Below is the execution lineup for my applicaion.
On closing the applicaion,
1) execute form1.OnCloseQuery
2) execute form1.OnClose
3) execute form1.OnDestroy
4) Remains 'running' til 4-5 seconds.
5) Close application succesfuly.
This is confusing and somewhat killing for me as i have to start new application on closing of this main application; and both are using common resources, which results in error on starting of the other application.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks in advance.
