Student looking for alternative!

Hi! My name is Milo and I'm new here.
I'm looking to learn x86 assembly, but I have trouble learning from textbooks and websites. I learn much better when I get to talk to someone who know what they're doing. So, in other words, I'd like someone here to volunteer 30 minutes every day or two to hang out with me on skype!

Some more information about me:
I have a background in computer programming, so I'm not a dunce. C++, a little bit of Java, Visual Basic, LOGO and of course HTML. What needs to be stressed is that I'm very much a begginner, and that I do not have a firm grasp of any of these. I am familiar with the underlying concepts of arrays, pointers, variables, how compilers work...etc, however.

My problem is that no university here near me teaches the kinds of courses that I'd like to learn.

I live in Italy, but I speak primarily American. I work from 9 to 1, 16:30 to 20:30 (UTC/GMT +1) almost every day, so I have only a couple hours available for these 'classes' in-between work shifts.

I am in my early twenties and I'm calm and mature, in case you were worried about that. I'd like to try this a couple times to see how it works out. I expect the first meeting will be just a meeting and get-to-know-you sort of thing.

I've got to go to work now!
Please help this student out!
I'm not asking for much of your time!
Thanks,
Milo

I can help, but no Skype, please. I check my email often: asmguru62@hotmail.com.

My advice: pick some easy program and do it in Assembly. Ask questions if stuck.
