You mean ASCII TABLE, like this one:
Enter first ASCII code: 45
Enter last ASCII code: 145

ASCII Table:
===================
Code: 45 Char: A
Code: 46 Char: B
Code: 47 Char: C
...
If that is what you need - start with functions getting input from user and formatting the text into binary values and back (binary values to text).

I do not have the complete code and I do not use TASM anymore - I use FASM instead.

If you start doing it now - it is possible that you will still be able to do it before October 1. My mail is: asmguru62@hotmail.com - I can help, but you need to get something going. Make a program which will print some prompt to the user and then receive some response back from user. You need to use interrupt 21H: AH=9 will print text and AH=0Ah will receive the text from user.
