    Dear Sir

    This list depend on value of object in array like

    this is loop example code 10 records
    =================================================================
    <?php
    for($a = 1;$a<11; a++)
    {
    ?>
    " onClick="mycheckbox();" NAME="Checkbox<? =$a; ?>" VALUE="" >
    <?
    }
    ?>
    =================================================================
    submit page get check list

    <?php

    for($a = 1;$a < 11; $a++)
    $varfaisal = $_GET["Checkbox" + a];
    if($varfaisal == "")
    echo "";
    }
    else
    {
    echo $varfaisal;
    }

    ?>
    you can easily differenciat blank checkbox and checked value
    then you can easily utilize these value on SQL query whatever
    do you want
