Help with new pages for my site
Searching the web I found your forum of talented individuals and I hope someone can help! I have a current online store that uses OSCommerce - www.shopluvnailz.com. I need to be able to make a front page where they can see the ads, keep the product placement for specials, however no prices can be displayed - the product is for professional use only and the company does not want pricing published to the public. So first thing is I need to make sure that the browsing for shopping requires them to login to their account (right now its only when they go to check out).
Next I need to create a series of php pages that do not require login - basically just a standard website, it will have most of the information at www.luvnailz.com - but obviously the look is far different than shopluvnailz and I would like the two sites to blend into one. I want them to have the same look as shop luvnailz which means the basic format of the page and colors and buttons are fine - in fact I've done the graphics for the new main buttons (they will be purple) for the following pages;
-Gallery - a photo gallery that I can had pictures to (not that users can add pictures to),
-Forum, a basic message forum with general discussion, tips and tricks, a gallery posting area and announcements. Doesn't have to be very complicated.
-Classes - another needs to be a information and calendar page where I can post training classes, and class details
- Tutorials - another needs to be a tutorial page, where I can post videos and single page tutorials they can view and print.
This whole section of the website will just have a button at top that says "SHOP" (in green) that will put the page back into "oscommerce mode' where the buttons change back to the current format. The subtitle bars on the left can be used or not be used depending on the page and if it works (thats where you come in!).
I don't need any information put in there or even pictures uploaded into the gallery. I just need the basic format for the pages done so I can edit them (I'm good at editing, just not at creating perfect pages!)
Lastly, I'm just a single girl trying start this business going so I don't have a huge budget, but any help would be fantastic! Thank you so much. Please respond or email with questions and how much you would charge for helping set up these 4 pages and the login part.
