an useful problem

Hello.
I have a problem.
I add and use a DLL file in my vb Project that this file is out of vb References. when I make an EXE file and run it in another computer, that this DLL file not added in it's vb References but it was copied in system32 folder, my EXE can't run.
please explain how can I solve this problem.

    I think your problem may be solved by one of the following steps:
    1- your DLL must be in the same folder containing your program, and
    moreover you must register your dll by running the command :
    Regsvr "Name of your DLL" in the Run window obtained from
    start then clik Run then type the above command in the text box
    then Run . If successful , you will be notified throug a mesag box.
    2- While you create your binary vb project Package you must
    include your DLL with your Vb proj. then create your package
    and you shold use (Run) create package wizard included with
    your installed VB.
