Serial Port and NDrive GPS browser, sniff, spy

When I use GPS NDrive browser with Pocket PC, running Windows CE or Windows Mobile, I can't access serial port COMx.

It look likes NDrive uses a real serial port instead of a virtual one.

How can I get access to the serial port, to "spy" it, even in reading only mode, with my Win32 or .NET application?

Can drivers be written for WinCE or Win Mobile?
