How to get input is platform dependant.
To convert a DWORD to a binary string:
There are several instructions that could be used. The core of it is looping through the bits of the number. Either use right-bitshift by 1 and check through flags if a 1 or 0 was pushed off. The other possibility is to use bittest.
In either way you'll have to build the string. Luckily, a DWORD has a fixed size, so you know exactly how much memory you need to reserve.

I hope this'll get you going. If you encounter problems during coding post your question here as a reply and we'll help you further.
    Best Regards,

The way I see it... Well, it's all pretty blurry
