How to make a child form transparent with only the borders showing?

I'm using Delphi I think so preferably answer in Delphi.

Basicly a form usually has a color in my case the standard is grey.
I want to see what's behind it by making it either invisible or transparent.
And I want thoose child forms to stay on top.

Also I want to know how to make a program "PrintScreen" and compare the bitmap to other bitmaps. Using the childforms positions.

Was thinking of making an autoblackjack-player. :D

Thanks for your help in pre-advance.
