Hi people, I need an urgent help about outlook programming. It's using VB so I wanted to know how to make a search function to work? I have created a webpage where there is a textbox and a button. User will enter their search text in the textbox and when they click the button it will return their desired search result. But I tried testing it by getting a value in the textbox and it doesn't seem to work so can anyone help me? Thanks alot.
Here is the code:

I was wondering how come the Sub command cannot find the name of the textbox "txtSearch"?

You seem to be confusing 'strings' with 'string variables'.
A string is an array of characters, such as "String text", or "abcdefg".
A string variable is a 'little box' that can hold a string.
Knowing this, I hope you'll be able to understand the changes (in blue) in the code:

    [code]

    [/code]

Hmm... lots of blue... well I didn't change any of the logic - just corrected the individual lines.
    Best Regards,
    Richard

The way I see it... Well, it's all pretty blurry
