Partition table corrupted

Hello,

I am new to Linux. On one of my FAT32 partitions, I have accitentally issued the mke2fs command. This has currupted the partition table and I could not read data from both, Linux and Windows. Does anybody know any way of retreiving data from it? If this is not the right place to ask this question, could you please lead me to the right area?

Thanks

Try asking at a linux forum...
This forum is rather dead I think...

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=linux+forum&btnG=Google+Search

Also try searching for your linux versions forum, they should be able to give you a sullotion, if there is one.....
